Registration&Submission

How to register for the conference


       1. Students can present in Thai, or English.

       2. The students who prefer to present without publish the papers are able to submit only the abstract (full paper is not required)

       3.  According to the graduation criteria of the Office of the Higher Education Commission, Master students who would like to submit the paper for graduation, full paper is must be submitted for publication for both oral and poster presentation. (The criteria for graduation depends on each program and university. Please check with your program if any additional graduation criteria are required.)

Please make registration, payment and submit the full paper within December 17, 2021.

Note
1) The government officers are able to disburse the registration fee from the affiliation and can attend the conference does not count as leaves.
2) In case an applicant’s research paper is not pass the primary review, or the applicant absents from the conference, Graduate School will not refund the registration fee in any cases.



Payment Guidelines


       For the applicants who have completed the online application and uploaded article to the application system already, please print out the invoice and using internet banking scan QR Code to make the payment.

 

**After finish making payment, please upload the the following documents to the application system**
      (1) Application form (print out from the system) approved by your thesis advisor by signing on the application.

     (2) Receipt of payment/evidence of payment  

     (3) A copy of valid student card
