Consideration process
The selection will be operated and evaluated by Peer Review. The unanimous decision of the committee is final. Graduate School reserves the rights of the consideration process as follows;
1. Graduate School will select the appropriate group of presentation for the applicant including the type of presentation for instance, the applicant applies for oral presentation, but he, or she may be accepted for poster presentation.
2. Graduate School will select the research to present in the conference including to publish in the online conference proceedings.
3. Graduate School will not allow the participants to present their research work if they have the following cases;
3.1 Abstract, research article, and, or the poster do not conform to the KKU Graduate School’s format, and it is not revised according to the suggestions and comments of the reviewers.
3.2 The registration and payment is overdue and/or incomplete, or not conform to graduate school’s conditions.
3.3 The research article was presented in other conferences, or have been published to other journal, or are in consideration process to publish in journal.
3.4 The research article is considered not pass in the primary consideration process.
4. The presenters of both oral presentation and poster presentation must present their research work by themselves at the conference on the specified date and time. In case the presenter absents from the conference, the research article will not be publicizedin this conference, andGraduate School will report the absence to their affiliation.
5. The presenter must be a graduate student from government, or private university in Thailand, or overseas. The program of study must have Independent Study, Thesis, or Dissertation.
Expected results
1. Graduate Students’ Independent study, Thesis and Dissertation are publicized to the public.
2. Students get presentation experience in conference and develop their presentation skill.
3. Students and academics get a chance to exchange their research experiences.
4. Qualified Independent study and thesis are promoted to publish in well-known academicjournal.
5. Graduate students are encouraged to develop their research to be more qualified research.
Research presentation grouping
1. Research work which will be presented in the conference must be graduate students’ research. It must be a part of complete research, or during the process, but have enough result to present. The research work must not be presented in other conferences, or publish, or is in publication process in other journals. These must be guaranteed by thesis advisor by signing on the conference’s application.
2. The research field must belong to these group;
- Physical Science
- Biological Science
- Health Science
- Humanities and Social Sciences
3. Language of presentation can be Thai, or English.
4. The research must be approved by Research Ethics Committee. (If any)
Type of Presentation
1. Oral Presentation: Submit a recorded video presentation. The video must have 10 minutes long both Master’s and Doctoral level. The presentation can be in Thai, or English. Deadline of video submission is before March 25, 2022.
2. Poster Presentation: Student creates a poster which conform to the KKU Graduate School’s poster template and records 5 minutes of the presentation video. The presentation can be in Thai, or English. Deadline of video submission is before March 25, 2022.
*The type of presentation is under the consideration of the committee
Full Paper preparation
1. The first page of article is Thai and English abstract, summarize the main idea. The first page of article shoud not be longer than one A4 page. Both Thai and English font must be “TH Sarabun New”, 14 point (Can download the font from : https://www.f0nt.com/release/th-sarabun-new/). The format must arrage following the Graduate School’s format.
2. The full paper is can be in Thai, or English, no longer than 12 pages of A4. Set up the page as follows; Top 1.2 inches, Left: 1.2 inches, Bottom: 1 inch, Right: 1 inch, printing in 1 side, 1 line spacing, 1 column format (Including figure, table, reference, and appendix, using “TH Sarabun New”, 14 point (Can download the font from : https://www.f0nt.com/release/th-sarabun-new/ both Thai and English)

The article consists of abstract (from 1), introduction, purposes of the study, research method, results, conclusion, acknowledgement (if any), and appendix.
The final full paper that has been revised according to the comments from the committee will be published in the online conference proceeding. The presenters can use the research that they has present in this conference as part of graduation. The researches of the conference are qualified for graduation according to Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation’s standard. However, the criteria for graduation depends on each program and university. Please check with your program if any additional graduation citeria.
Poster preparation
1. For the poster presentation please follow the guideline at 10.2. The poster must consist of abstract, rationale, purposes of study, research method, results, conclusions and suggestions.
