Participants are requested to register in advance through Online Registration System to receive the early registration discount. Please read carefully the registration guidelines below.

Registration Entitlement

Full registration fee includes:

  • Entry to all conference sessions from January 20 to 22
  • Daily morning and afternoon refreshments
  • Access to the exhibition
  • Opening ceremony including welcome reception
  • Conference badge, documentation, and certificate of attendance

Accompanying person fee includes:

  • Access to the exhibition
  • Opening Ceremony

2. Cash (Thai or US dollars currency)

You can pay by cash if you directly contact to the organizer before or on the conference day.

However, we urge you to register and pay in advance. This will allow us to do effective organizing.

 

Cancellations and Refunds

The International Conference 2016 on Ergogenic Aids and Nutritional Supplements for Health and Sports will refund the registration fee according to the following policy.

  100 USD for the Handling Fee Deducted

  After January 6, 2016

  No Refund

  • All refunds will be made after the conference.

 

Registration Confirmation
An automatic confirmation email will be sent to you upon completion of registration. You may save this information for future reference. 


Invitation Letter Request for Visa Application

The conference secretariat may provide registrants an official invitation letter upon request. An additional fee may be required for the original copy in delivery.
