Submission Papers


1. The paper is conducted for graduate studies which is never presented in any conference.
2. Related topics:
     - Physical Science
     - Biological Science
     - Health Science
     - Humanities and Social Sciences
3. For presentation, Thai and English are acceptable for national level, English for international level.



Type of Presentation


1. Oral Presentation: 15 minutes for master’s degree, 20 minutes for doctoral degree
2. Poster Presentation: presenters are to present within specified duration *The acceptance will be considered by the reviewers.



Full Paper Guidelines


1. Abstract is contained in the first page of the article. The format is to follow the format guideline of Graduate School at .Download
2. Full paper is 4 – 10 pages in length (A4 paper) including figure, table, reference, and appendix.
3. Abstract (in English) is to summarize the main idea of the research not exceed 8 lines with Angsana New Font (14 point)

     The final full paper that has been revised by the comments of the reviewer will be published in the conference proceeding as a CD-ROM. The presentation at this conference will be applicable for graduation after the student has presented by the specified date and time. However, the criteria for graduation will depend on the universities.

Poster Guidelines


1. The poster is 90 x 120 cm. The top of poster, 20 cm., is the head of poster (stay blank) while another 90 x 100 provides content and figure.

3. The poster is to be on the provided board between March 9, 2017, 5.00 pm. and March 10, 2017, 8.00 Am.



Peer Reviews


The following consideration processes will be reserved the rights by Graduate School:
1. The grouping of presentation (research field and type of presentation)
2. The publishing of accepted papers in the conference proceeding
3. The consideration for disqualification papers in case that
     3.1 Abstract, article, and poster for presentation are not follow the formatting guidelines and the comments of reviewers; and
     3.2 The registration and payment are overdue and/or incomplete.
4. The presenters, oral and poster, must present themselves at the conference on the specified date and time. In case that the presenter absents from the presentation, the papers will not be published for this conference. Graduate School will later inform the university for this absence.
5. The presenters must hold the status of graduate students who enroll plan A for thesis and plan B for independent study from (government and private) universities in Thailand and overseas.
6. The awarding for the outstanding papers will rely on the consideration of the reviewers.
