Guideline for Abstract and full paper submission

     Each accepted paper will be allotted 15 minutes for oral presentation followed by 5 minutes question and discussion.

     Each accepted poster will be assigned to a poster session, and will be allotted a poster board space. Poster should be in the size of 90 cm width x 120 cm height.

     The presenters’ papers will be published in Proceeding of “ICANS 2018” There are 6 awards; 3 awards for poster and 3 awards for oral presentations.

1. Abstract submission Guideline

Length: One page of letter-sized paper (A 4 size) with portrait orientation, layout with normal margins (2.54 cm).

Title: using 12 point Times New Roman font

Authors: First and last name, professional affiliation of author(s), and mailing address, (10.5 point Times New Roman font). The presenting author’s name is to be highlighted Bold.

Structure: Abstracts must not exceed 5000 characters (this includes spaces) which comprises of objective, methods, results, and conclusions. (11 point Times New Roman font, 1 line-spaced, justified). You will be allowed to attach one figure (*.JPEG), and one table as a maximum.

Keywords: should be not more than 4 words.

2. Full Paper Submission Guideline

Layout: normal margins (2.54 cm), letter-sized paper (A4 size) with portrait orientation

Typing: 11 point Times new Roman font, 1 line-spaced, justified.

Abstract: Followed the Abstract Submission Guideline. Abstracts must not exceed 250 words without figure and table

Full Text: compose of introduction, methods, results and discussion, and conclusion. Figure (*JPEG), and table are allowed

References: The Vancouver style references format should be follow.

Thirty qualified manuscripts will be published in a regular volume of the “Asia-Pacific Journal of Science and Technology”, an official journal published by the Research and Technology Transfer Affairs Division of Khon Kaen University, Thailand. Participants who are interested in submitting a manuscript for publication in this journal can identify during the abstract submission. This journal has been indexed by Thai-Journal Citation index (TCI) with impact factor and ASEAN journal citation index (ACI), Directory of open access journal (DOAJ).
